Big brains. No headaches.
We may not know it all, but we do know brand building from both the agency side and the client side. It’s this combination of agency experience and our understanding of the much broader client realities that informs our approach today and enables us to see brand opportunities where other agencies aren’t even looking. And depending on the scope and needs of your project, we’ll bring together our “best in class” network of MBAs, researchers, CRM experts, ad agencies, designers, writers and editors, marketing and PR professionals—or collaborate with your existing agencies and in-house team—to get to the right answer.
When you work with us, you’ll be working with StealThunder principals who have decades of experience helping companies build their brands.
Gaynelle Grover
Before launching StealThunder, Gaynelle was the Corporate Brand Director at Apple and, before that, a Senior Consultant at Landor Associates. Among her brand insights: seeing the need—and laying the groundwork—for Apple retail stores back in 1995. Prior to her career in brand marketing she spent several years working in professional theater.
Gaynelle has a B.A. from Amherst College, an M.F.A. from Yale University, and has lectured at Stanford University Professional Workshops on brand building and brand management.
Peter Russert
Prior to joining StealThunder, Peter was the Creative Director at Symantec Corporation and a Principal and the Director of Naming at Landor Associates. A man of many words, he has named everything from airlines to children’s clothing to green energy companies—and come up with a few pithy taglines as well.
Peter has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and completed graduate studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz. He has also been a lecturer at Stanford University Professional Workshops.
